Mr. Mark Sasu Mensah, the National Coordinator of the Computerized School Selection Placement System (CSSPS) has assured all Junior high school leavers that there will ensure there is a smooth selection of schools as prepared to gain admission into the various senior high schools in Ghana.
Speaking in a recent interview monitored by Hotghnews, Mr. Mark Sasu indicated that there have been stringent measures taken to help solve issues associated with school placement each and every year.
In view of this recent announcement made by the National Coordinator of the CSSPS, Mr. Sasu has urged all 2022 junior high school leavers as well as parents of these students to take keen interest in the selection process in order to make the best out of it.
According to the CSSPS Coordinator, they have 912 schools in their system ready to admit the recognized 552,276 pupils who sat for the just ended 2022 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
He reiterated that though the aforementioned figure of pupils who are currently awaiting their results is quite wholesome, he is assuring students and parents that measures have been put in place to ensure each and every student gets admitted into a senior high school provided they follow the laid down procedures.
