Ghana’s tax revenue is assessed, collected, and accounted for by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).
Their main goal is to ensure that all relevant tax laws are followed to provide a steady stream of revenue for the government, as well as trade facilitation and a controlled and secure movement of commodities over the country’s borders..
Following the virality of Mrs. Appiah and Oswald Gennuh over the ‘Our Day’ list, which saw over 60 companies and individuals donate to them, the company joked that the duo should file their taxes in that regard in a new post they released on social media.
According to the post, because Oswald is so young, he will be excluded from filing his taxes, but Mrs. Appiah should prepare to do so.
We can’t guarantee for the legitimacy of this said GRA post, but we’ll keep you informed if anything changes.
